Regular meetings are held quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month (unless otherwise noted) at 6:30 pm in the Hamburg Borough Municipal Meeting Room. All meeting minutes and agenda are available at the Municipal Building for public viewing during normal business hours.
The Board of Health uses the services of the Sussex County Health Department for all health related issues. Please contact the Sussex County Health Department by calling (973) 579-0370 or visit their website for information related to health screening and services.
Food Handlers Permit
All food establishments within the boundaries of the Borough of Hamburg are required to obtain a Food Handlers Permit Yearly. Any business that is new, renovated or has change of ownership must get approval from the Sussex County Health Office prior to the Borough of Hamburg issuing a food license.
